Dodge Viper Gets Legacy Honored at Former Production Plant

The Dodge Viper may be gone, but new steps taken by FCA US will make sure that it is not forgotten.

The fate of the Viper is a sad one.  It almost feels like it was made before its time.  With the recent major releases of muscle cars with the Hellcat and Demon Challengers and Chargers, it seems that high-powered cars are popular again.  Yet, that didn’t benefit the Viper which tried to stage a come-back only to get put on ice once again.  Fear not Viper fans, as FCA US will be giving the plant where the Viper was being produced a new way of honoring the legacy of the Dodge Viper.

The Conner Avenue Assembly Plant was the former production home of the Viper and it will now be the home of the FCA’s concept and historic vehicle collection.  The collection will be made up of all things pertaining to the Viper.  This includes things found while the assembly line was being dismantled like signed sketches, photos, posters, and more.
