Whenever I need to head out of time for whatever reasons, I always need to rent a car. I typically try to get something smaller and with a large tank of gas. Typically it’s just a nice coupe. I can’t imagine what it would be like to head up to the rental desk, ask for a car and be guided to a 2013 SRT Viper in the parking lot while the attendants asks me to sign my name on the clip-board.
Some lucky drivers in Southern California will be getting that absurd chance. Enterprise bought themselves a nice red Viper to go in their Exotic Car Collection. Decked out with a black leather interior, it’s one of an extremely-limited number that were built and sold. That means whoever gets the chance to drive away is not only renting a Viper, but also getting a one-of-a-kind Viper.
Needless to say, and un-surprisingly so, Chrysler is pretty happy that Enterprise added this supercar to their fleet. “We are thrilled that Enterprise is adding our SRT Viper to its Exotic Car Collection, allowing renters to make that special event even more special or enjoy their vacation in style in our hand-built-in-Detroit, flagship supercar, “ said Jim Sassorossi, Director of Fleet Sales for the Chrysler Group. “We know this will also be an excellent way for potential buyers to get a first-hand driving experience with our high-performance sports car.”
